We install an external antenna on your holiday home to receive the wireless broadband signal. A cable is then run from the antenna into the property, where we connect it to a residential-style Wi-Fi router, providing internet access throughout your holiday home.

2. Where will the antenna be installed?
The antenna is typically installed on the side, gable end, or another elevated location with a clear line of sight to the broadband transmitter for optimal signal reception.

3. How is the cable routed into the holiday home?
We discreetly route the cable into the property through an existing entry point or drill a small hole in the floor that is sealed to ensure it remains weatherproof.

4. What kind of Wi-Fi coverage can I expect?
The residential Wi-Fi router provides coverage throughout your holiday home. For larger properties or areas with thick walls, additional equipment can be installed if needed.

5. How long does the installation take?
The process typically takes approximately 1 hour, depending on the complexity of the installation and the size of the holiday home.

6. Will the installation damage my property?
Our installers take great care to minimise any impact on your property. The antenna and cable are securely mounted, and any drilling for cable entry is kept to a minimum and weather-sealed.

7. Do I need to be present during the installation?
Yes, we recommend that you or a representative are present to discuss the antenna placement, Wi-Fi router location, and to ensure the setup meets your needs. However, we can arrange access with the site or you directly with your permission.

8. Can I use the Wi-Fi router with my existing devices?
Yes, the router is compatible with most modern devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart home equipment.
