We are a new business with at least 20+ years industry experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge on how a business should be run and the importance of customer care.
Martyn Boswell | Managing Director
At the age of 16, Martyn started up his own web design company. Then at 18 he ventured into IT sales and production by purchasing a local IT retailer, subsequently selling it on as an on-going concern 2 years later.
This entrepreneurial spirit put him in good stead for future endeavours with over 25 years of technical and business experience in the world of wireless and fibre technologies. Leading successful businesses from LN Communications Ltd, which became Boundless Networks, one of the country’s largest wireless ISPs, and Signa Technologies, one of the first wireless networks to provide Gigabit wireless internet services, into rural remote areas such as the North Yorkshire Moors.
Martyn is excited to be starting a new venture, with a highly experienced and knowledgeable team.
Jake Petre | Technical Director
Jake began his career in the WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) industry at the age of 17 as an apprentice. Over the next seven years, he honed his skills and advanced to the rank of Engineer at Boundless Networks. Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Jake then joined Beeline Broadband, where he spent the following seven years excelling in his field and rising to the position of Senior Engineer.
With 14 years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for wireless and wired networking, Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Julie Boswell | Company Secretary
After a successful career (11 years) within the Ministry of Defence both in the UK and USA, as well as a 6-year stint at the International Monetary Fund, Julie decided to return to the UK to pursue a new career path.
Moving into the telecommunications field as a marketing, community and economic development executive for North Yorkshire County Council’s broadband company, NYnet, she was heavily involved in the community broadband projects where NYnet worked in partnership with local WISPs.
After a short stint into the world of recruitment, and the fire and security sector, Julie finally returned to the telecoms arena, working for a short time at LN Communications and then in 2017 joining Martyn at Signa Technologies as the Operations Director.
Ready for the next challenge, Julie is excited about bringing all the industry knowledge and experience into play in this exciting new venture.
